+ Is there a contract?

Absolute No Contract. You can purchase a single box, a monthly box or a quarterly box.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that this subscription box isn’t for everyone. And that’s okay! If you are not completely satisfied with Oh! Box, you can cancel your subscription and discontinue your payments at any time.

Customers must cancel their subscription prior to the 1st of the month when the rebill occurs. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel within the subscription cycle to prevent the recurring charge.

+ What is your refund policy?

Due to the personal nature of our products – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

No refunds on Pre-paid subscriptions.

Exchanges for defective products only.


+ When will my Account be Charged?

When you subscribe with Oh! Box you will be charged only on that day.

If you choose recurring boxes, your account will be charged every one or two months, on the 1st of the Month as a recurring order.


+ How much is shipping?

We are proud to be FREE Shipping on all orders shipped in Canada.


+ When will my package arrive?

Your first box should arrive on your doorsteps within 10 business days.

All monthly boxes and mailers ship at the same time – on or around the 10th of the month – and it should take just a few days for your discreet package to arrive on your doorstep!

Subscriptions processed Before the Last Day of the month will receive our current box. After this date, your first box will ship on the 10th day of the following month.

+ Can I give this as a gift?
