b) Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
c) Free shipping is available for orders over $150, excluding taxes.

Shipping Method and Tracking:

a) We primarily use Canada Post for shipping. Once your order is ready to be picked up by the carrier, you will receive a tracking code to monitor the shipment’s progress.
b) We are not responsible for any delays or issues that may occur during transit.

Payment Options:

b) If you prefer to pick up your order in-store, you may select the “Pick Up in Store” option during checkout.

Returns and Refunds:
a) If you receive a defective product, please notify us within seven days of receiving the item, accompanied by photographs clearly showing the defect. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
b) We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
