SparkleLifestyle.ca does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction*.

 

SPARKLE RETURN POLICY DUE TO ADVERSE EFFECTS, ALLERGIC REACTION OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase due to reasons such as allergic reaction or adverse effects, or defective product you can easily return the item for exchange, refund, or store credit.

No restocking fee will be applied to defective products.25% Re-stocking Applicable to Non-Defective items

*All skin reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use. Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa Inc. reserves the right to request a doctor’s letter and/or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.

If a product is to be returned because it is defective, please send a photo of the defective item providing proof as well as the lot number on the product to [email protected].

Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors.

BASIC PRODUCT RETURNS OR REFUNDS

We will exchange or refund an unwanted product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back. We provide Return Labels for orders from Canada with defective items only.  Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the items are received in our warehouse. If you have redeemed a Gift Card or discounts on your order, the total Gift Card value and discounts will be deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse requests and deny returns due to policy abuse and reasons that are beyond our policies. We do not accept returns due to delays in shipment or delivery or reasons that are beyond our control.

At Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa we work with heart and always have your best interests as our top priority. There is a dynamic team of humans behind our brand, therefore, please know that if something isn’t quite as you expected, we want to know about it. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. Adult Toys and Make-up will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited under any circumstance due to hygienic reasons.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND APPROXIMATE RATES

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or Fedex. They will be shipped within 1-5 business days and depending on where you live, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. We cannot ship internationally at this time.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at  [email protected] and include your order number.

 

OUT OF STOCK & BACKORDERED ITEMS (yeah, it makes us sad too)

If a product is unavailable or on backorder, our team will be reaching out to you with an approximate timeframe and solution.  We do our best to keep our website updated with current inventory however, sometimes products may go out of stock or be backordered before we are able to update the status.  We apologize for any inconvenience and will be sure to address any issues with you directly.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER (Yay! It’s on the way!)

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
