Vivier V-STAT Advanced Scar Gel. A topical gel that minimizes the appearance of new scars, helps repair dry skin and helps prevent hypertrophic scar formation.
Ideal for all skin types.
Directions
- Begin application of Vivier V-STAT Advanced Scar Gell as soon as the wound has healed or the sutures are removed and if there is no infection.
- Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice daily morning and night. Close cap firmly after each use.
- The use of V-STAT Advanced Scar Gel should continue until the scar matures and appears flat and white without redness.
- Use as directed.
- Store at room temperature (15-30 C / 59-86 F).

A: V-STAT Advanced Scar Gel is for patients that want to prevent the formation of hypertrophic scars following surgical procedures such as facial, breast, abdominal and body sculpting procedures, to improve healing following ablative and non-ablative procedures such as lasers and chemical peels or to help with compromised skin such as dry, chapped skin on the hands, feet and lips.
Q: What are hypertrophic scars?
A: Hypertrophic scars are visible and elevated scars that don’t extend beyond the original wound. They are the most common scars following an injury or surgery and occur when the skin does not follow the proper healing process. This causes too much collagen fibres in the affected area which causes the scar to appear raised and inflamed as opposed to flat.

A: Polyamine-DAB or 1,4 Diaminobutane is a polyamine that is naturally present in our bodies. It is known to play an important role in the healing, prevention of hypertrophic scars and ageing process of our skin, essentially making our cells and collagen work more efficiently
